Toggle Automatic ProxyOverview

Toggle Automatic Proxy is an application that allows you to toggle the automatic proxy on and off by running the application successively. For this to work seamlessly without prompting the user for a password, you can issue: chmod +s /usr/bin/networksetup.

For running, you can assign a shortcut or use other software to toggle the automatic proxy on and off (recommended: jitouch).
